Features: The product types it carries are wide and subject to few restrictions; When used in conjunction with a blocker, it can achieve continuous, rhythmic operation, and stacking functions of the product; The use of a lifting and translation device can achieve offline repair or inspection of products without affecting the operation of the entire assembly line.

Belt type assembly line

Features: The product is relatively light in weight and has few shape restrictions; Running synchronously with the production line can achieve product climbing and turning; Using a belt as a carrier and conveyor can achieve stable product transportation with low noise; It can achieve long-distance transportation of lightweight materials or products.

Differential conveying assembly line

Features: The differential conveying assembly line adopts a double speed chain traction, and the tooling plate can be freely transported. It uses a stopper positioning to make the workpiece move or stop freely. The workpiece can automatically lift and transition horizontally at both ends. You can also install rotating (90 degrees, 180 degrees...), specialized machines, detection equipment, robotic arms, and other devices on or near the wire body.
